Oven PID + SSR Control can provide a stable testing space for
pre-heating, drying, changes about physics and chemistry testing.
It adopts precision temperature controllter with high stability of
platinum resistance to temperature that makes temperature
well-distribution. It is applicable to a variety of products,
materials, electric, instruments, meters, components, electronics,
electricians and automobiles, aviations, plastics, machinery,
chemicals, foods, chemicals, hardware tools for doing drying test
and various constant adaptive tests at an constant temperature
condition.
Characteristic:
1. The controller is located on the right part of the machine
together with luxury stainless steel handle and explosion-proof
lock .
2. Internal material is 304 SUS mirror stainless steel.All the
internal material is low polluted and all internal barrels use
argon arc welding.
3. External material is SECC steel plate witch is fine powder
baking finished.
4. Heat preservation material for the imported high-density glass
rock wool with perfect thermal insulation, maximize temperature
heat preservation,use silica ge whitch can long time be under the
high temperature of 500 degrees or above.
